If you find content on a product or a store on Tamm that infringes your intellectual property, or content prohibited under the intellectual property agreement, send us a report from this page.
When to send a report
- Content that uses a trademark, a logo, a design or a work you own the rights to, without your permission.
- Content prohibited under the intellectual property agreement, even if the right is not yours.
What the report contains
- The link to the content concerned. You can add up to five links.
- A description of the violation, and what proves your right, such as a trademark registration number.
- Your name and phone number, so we can reach you about the report.
If the proof of your right is a document, send it to salam@tamm.com under the subject "Infringement report" after you send the report.
After you send it
- We review the report and reach you on the phone number you gave.
- The Company may take the action it sees fit on the content under its powers in the intellectual property agreement.
- The Company notifies the Client concerned, under section 8 of the intellectual property agreement.
