Print on demand (Print on demand, POD)

A selling model where an item carrying a design is listed in a store and is not printed or shipped until a customer orders and pays.

Also called: POD، print-on-demand service provider

Not to be confused with

In commerce: printing a design onto a product its owner sells in their own store. Not book printing on demand, a separate industry that prints a copy of a book when ordered.
