The design is printed using dye-sublimation printing technique.
The design is transferred from printed paper onto the mug's surface using heat, where it infuses directly into the special coating on the ceramic, resulting in vivid, long-lasting color that won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use.
We support common file formats so uploading your design is easy while keeping print quality high. Accepted: PNG and JPG. We recommend PNG, especially for designs with a transparent background, since JPG doesn't support transparency. The higher the resolution, the sharper the print.
For best results, build your design at the product's print size and export at 300 DPI (150 DPI is fine for large formats). Keep key elements slightly inside the edges.
Products are made on demand and shipped once printing and quality checks are complete. The product is usually made within 1 to 48 hours and delivered in about 2 days. Timing can vary by location, order size, and courier, up to a maximum of 14 days in rare cases.
