What we do not do, and why

Read it before your first order, so nothing surprises you. Every line is a decision on the floor with a reason behind it, and what we do instead. If your request is on this page, print on demand with us is not the right road for it today.

Print methods

We do not run DTF.
Our line prints direct to garment (DTG). DTF is a different method with its own machines, film and adhesive powder, and we do not have it today. If your artwork needs bold colour on polyester or very dark fabric, DTF suits it better, and we say so.
We do not embroider.
There is no embroidery machine in the factory. Embroidered logos on caps, polos and patches are not something we can do, on demand or in a run.
Sublimation on white polyester-coated surfaces only.
Mugs, mouse pads and metal prints are sublimated, and sublimation only transfers onto a white, polyester-coated surface. The face we print on is always white, even on a coloured mug, and we do not print on raw metal.

Placements and artwork

Front and back, plus an inside neck label on the blanks that carry one.
The DTG line prints the front, the back, or both, and six blanks in the catalog also take an inside neck label at 95 by 73 mm. No sleeve prints and no prints across the hem.
No all-over prints.
An all-over print needs the fabric printed before it is cut and sewn, and print on demand prints on a finished piece.
Catalog blanks only.
We print on the pieces we import, cut and sew ourselves or buy to a specification we know. A piece you supply, or one not in the catalog, we do not print on, because every blank here has its own print settings.

Fabrics, colours and sizes

Garments are cotton or a cotton-rich blend.
DTG gives its best result on cotton, and most blanks in the catalog are all cotton; one is an 80/20 cotton-polyester waffle knit. We do not print on full polyester or on technical sportswear.
A blank comes in the colours and sizes its catalog page lists.
Every blank has its available colours and sizes on its page. A colour or a size that is not there we cannot source for a single order.

Quantities and time

No minimum, and no volume price on print on demand.
One piece and a hundred pieces cost the same per piece. Want a batch for yourself? Order it as samples and ship it yourself.
We start on an order as soon as it reaches us; delivery takes 1 to 4 days inside Saudi Arabia.
One day to Riyadh and the Eastern Province, two days to Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Hail, and 3 to 4 days elsewhere. We do not promise same-day delivery.
We do not make your own patterns, or tailor a piece to a measurement.
We do not manufacture your own designs or tech packs. Instead, our team designed the pieces and the patterns in every size and chose the fabrics, and you make them yours.

The service

We do not connect to other platforms today.
Tamm is a complete platform on its own: your store, the payment and your customer invoice all live here. Connecting with Salla, Zid and Shopify is coming soon.
We ship inside Saudi Arabia only.
International shipping is not available today. If your customers are outside Saudi Arabia, a global provider suits you better for now.
A wrong print or a damaged piece we redo at our cost.
We print the piece again and ship it to your customer at our cost. A sound piece your customer changed their mind about is printed with your design and cannot be sold to anyone else, and its return goes to an address you pick from your store locations.

And then

What we do, we do in full.

A blank from the catalog, your design on the front or the back, printed when your customer orders it and delivered under your brand. If that is what you want, that is what we do.
