Limits
What we do not do, and why
A page we wrote before your customer discovers it. Every line is a decision on the floor with a reason behind it, and what we do instead. If your request is on this page, print on demand with us is not the right road for it today, and that is the most useful thing we can tell you.
Print methods
- We do not run DTF.
- Our line prints direct to garment (DTG). DTF is a different method with its own machines, film and adhesive powder, and we do not have it today. If your artwork needs bold colour on polyester or very dark fabric, DTF suits it better, and we say so.
- We do not embroider.
- There is no embroidery machine in the factory. Embroidered logos on caps, polos and patches are not something we can do, on demand or in a run.
- Sublimation on white polyester-coated surfaces only.
- Mugs, mouse pads and metal prints are sublimated, and sublimation only transfers onto a white, polyester-coated surface. No printing on a coloured surface, and none on raw metal.
Placements and artwork
- Front and back, plus an inside neck label on the blanks that carry one.
- The DTG line prints the front, the back, or both, and six blanks in the catalog also take an inside neck label at 95 by 73 mm. No sleeve prints and no prints across the hem.
- No all-over prints.
- An all-over print needs the fabric printed before it is cut and sewn, and print on demand prints on a finished piece. If that is what you want, it is a manufacturing run on a quote, not print on demand.
- Catalog blanks only.
- We print on the pieces we import, cut and sew ourselves or buy to a specification we know. A piece you supply, or one not in the catalog, we do not print on, because every blank here has its own print settings.
Fabrics, colours and sizes
- Garments are cotton or a cotton-rich blend.
- DTG gives its best result on cotton, and most blanks in the catalog are all cotton; one is an 80/20 cotton-polyester waffle knit. We do not print on full polyester or on technical sportswear.
- A blank comes in the colours and sizes its catalog page lists.
- Every blank has its available colours and sizes on its page. A colour or a size that is not there we cannot source for a single order.
Quantities and time
- No minimum, and no volume price on print on demand.
- One piece and a hundred pieces cost the same per piece on print on demand. If you want a volume price, the other road is a run cut and sewn here, on a quote.
- We print and pack the same day; delivery takes one to four days inside Saudi Arabia.
- The time depends on your customer's city and the carrier. We do not promise same-day delivery.
- We do not tailor a single piece to a measurement.
- Our cutting and sewing is for runs. An abaya, a thobe or a piece fitted to one person is not something we make.
The service
- No store, no payment gateway, no invoice to your customer.
- Your store is on Salla, Zid or Shopify, and the payment and the tax invoice to your customer come from your platform. We print, pack and ship under your name, and that is all we do between you and your customer.
- We ship inside Saudi Arabia only.
- International shipping is not available today. If your customers are outside Saudi Arabia, a global provider suits you better for now.
- A wrong print or a damaged piece we redo at our cost.
- The return comes back to our warehouse, not your home. A sound piece your customer changed their mind about is printed with your design and cannot be sold to anyone else.
